I've always heard that you screw them all the way in, then a turn and a half out!

alright, thank you very much. is there a certain way i should be able to take that out, or do i just cut it out, and would you happen to know how to tighten the throttle cable?

I have a 1985 Honda Spree NQ 50, with all original parts, so nothing is upgraded, but i want to take the restrictor plate off the exhuast, and tighten my throttle cable. So my questions are. how do you do both, or can someone point me in the right direction, such as a website. Thanks all very much ~...
