and it'll leak bad i imagine. my gasket spewed when the head wasnt on tight enough, so with now gasket it will probably spew a whole lot more.

Has anyone every drilled their muffler? Its suppose to give you a nice top end increase. I was just thinking about doing this, since my spree is not street legal.

also, be very careful when puting the cylinder back on! i had a broken set of rings one time when i tried it too forcefuly. you need to make sure to use a lot of oil to lube the cylinder and piston, and make sure the rings are pressed in correctly when u slide the cylinder on. all just precautions, ...

if it chocked before it died, could be the air filter, make sure its in there. can also be the fuel/air ratio, which is most likely the problem. Some details that can help diagnose the problem, would be had it been acting up before it died? did it just die once, and isnt working now? the more detail...

looks like some nice upgrades. I don't think the clutch springs will help all that much though, w/ the no low-end torque and all. other stuff looks pretty sweet.
