Looks like the pipe might have been in a bind from the position it is in now that is if it is still bolted to the motor in that picture.

I haven't looked at my steering stem in a long time,
but do you think that a bicycle spider nut would fit down in the steering stem on a Honda scooter ?

I seam to never learn and just ride in what I'm wearing at the moment. I had an incident earlyer wearing just blue jeans and a hoodie this winter with night time riding and a small patch of ice ,My knee is just now back to normal and now I'm gonna need some new white elite lx rear panels

i would use a ridged hone and be careful not to catch the ports, a ball hone seams to get caught in the ports and rounds the ports out and it's really hard on the ball hone, I'm not sure about the perfect grit to use but ridged hone will give you a better quality cross hatch. just my opinion I would...

In the case first, I usually put the bearings in the freezer for an hour or so and heat the cases up with a propane torch, then drive the cold bearings into the hot case halfs with large socket or a bearing driver and a hammer, they are a pretty tight fit.

if you put the seals in first you won't be able to pull the crank into the bearings with out smashing the seals. At least with the way I install them you want to install the seals after

This old man got a new zuma today and wants 100 dollars for his old one he rode it a lot but 100 dollars is a no brainier.
