Those are the float bowl vent lines if your worried about the look of the hoses hanging down I would just take them off or shortin them i have never used a T to hook them together but I don't think it will restrict the vent enough to cause a problem you should be fine

Thanks I'm pretty stoked on it! I have a new front panel coming for it waiting for it to clear through customs but is going to be awesome I can't wait.

That's a good idea I'm might have to try that I already got a different carb but it would be cool if I could get that to work.

I have a prodigy power clutch on it right now but I plan on replacing it with a polini 3 shoe clutch.

So i figured it out.
It seems that some one had reamed or drilled the pilot brass tube out in the carb with something, making it about four times the normal size.
The hole is about the size of the main jet hole, so I will need to get a new carb.

Yeah I have been doing research today I think I'm going to go with the ruckus polini variator and I'm aware I will need to remove some material I guess I'll will find out every thing I will need to do once I get the trans

Trying to get more acceleration out of my af16 I ordered a zx transmission next I'm going to get a variator and could use some input on the best options

i would start by doing some studying on how two stoke engine functions, then once you have an idea on how things work get your self a service manual and take it apart and inspect and replace the necessary parts. its about impossible to tell someone how to fix your motor with out being there and show...

yes I have a stock cdi box the scooter is completely stock I removed the exhaust and could not see any blockage in the pipe or the exhaust port I also ran some solvent through the exhaust. The air box is all clear as well.

does any one know if a 1988 sa50 elite cdi box will work on a nb50 ?

Is any one running a stage6 EGT on their scooter ?
They seem to be priced really cheap compared to others I've seen.

ok so I checked out the float it is in good shape no cracks and it floated in a cup of fuel for a half hour.I shined a flash light up to it and could not see fuel inside of float the scooter idles perfect but is very sluggish when trying to rev out it has 115 psi compression and the exhaust is clear...

It has a new float valve but I haven't checked to see if the float is floating yet I'll do that today
