That website isn't what it used to be...if you can afford it, you can get some super quality paint from awlgrip or interlux usually found at a marine hardware store or check with a local paint and body shop for help finding a paint supplier.

Re: Honda Lead NH50

Thank you! :)) Ill try that and if I cant fit it I ll order yellow malossi one For the corsa, if you're using gears with 9:1's or 8.44:1's you need (never was sure about Malossi springs ratings) 1500 NCY or any Taiwan 1500 "yellow" spring. Use some 3K or 4K stall rated shoe (3pcs) springs...

Re: Honda Lead NH50

No, you need that "boss" in place. Most of those are tight fitting. Try twisting it as you push it inward - use the palm of your hand and push it to get it to slide into place. If it's still too tight, then switch to a dio contra I guess. A little extra heavier spring isn't a bad thing IMO...

Caspervolas wrote: Mon Jan 01, 2024 1:28 pm Do you have any idea what the green and brown wires on the eve speedo are?
I suspect those are for the oil level so when your oil gets to a low level it turns on a red warning light on the speedometer panel. I'm pretty sure the yellow and blue wires are for the fuel level gauge.

Re: Honda Spree to Eve headset conversion

Ok, I see what you have. So you are not concerned about having a fuel gauge then? Yes, go ahead and connect the wires you can make out for the lightsand the other ones then will be the fuel gauge and turns. You should be able to figure it out from there. Make sure you get all the ground wires correc...

Re: Honda Spree to Eve headset conversion

I am assuming the headlight you bought has the round headlight? Did it come with the EVE handlebars? Or did you just purchase the light and speedometer cowls? I have not done this conversion but it should be fairly easy to figure out. You have a headlight and 2 turn signal lights. Just like the Spre...

Re: Running rich

So I am going to assume this is an original honda carburetor that is for the motor you have? Not some "other" carb from "another" scooter? Perhaps you have mixed in some other non-original parts not for that particular carb? Just want to be straight on all this before we assume ...

Re: noob needs help deciding to buy

That one on FB is a Spree 50cc's and not good for a starting platform to modify a hot rod scooter. You need a honda 2 stroke starting in 1994 and up to 2001 Elite SA50 model or get a small motorcycle 90cc's or 125cc's to learn on. This forum is predominantly for 2 stroke scooters of 50cc's stock and...

Re: Headlights and turn signals suddenly don’t work

Check fuse next to battery. But if not that then I believe it would be a generator problem AND a dead battery causing that condition. Yes, you are correct, the turn sigs work off of the battery and the headlight works off of the generator (stator/mag). I say also check connections under headlight co...

Re: Honda Lead NH50

Bud, you've got to make a special adapter to get that to work properly. Those cases are aluminum so I would really sit down and draw up a plan so that mount that will do the job you are gonna ask it to do. It might be easier than I think it will be but I know it has probably been done before. Good l...

Re: Honda SA50 Headlight Replacement?

I just remembered I saw a guy use a spree headlight on his sa50 elite - so I suppose you could also? It kinda sits back inside the cowl and is flat-faced but it works - I have seen it myself. I do not know of what modifications he had to do to make it work tho....

Re: Honda SA50 Headlight Replacement?

No other headlights I know of work but I have seen one other guy have one that did fit (kinda). I do have a plastic one (Honda made) that has a replaceable bulb (halogen). It's in fair to good condition and comes with a good bulb that you can replace with one from any auto parts store (for $7.00 or ...

I had contact with him about a year or so ago when I saw he was selling some of his own "name brand" super performance dio crank bearings and seals on eBay. I have huge respect for his integrity and generosity. Aaronshotme, you could look him up in Hawaii, he's got a business "N4S MOT...
