Re: AF05 carb on AF16 // PA 31M vs PA 35J carb differences
Pulled off both carbs for comparison tonight, both are same venturi diameter size 13mm (not 14). Minor differences overall. Took a bunch of pics, will post some later. Running out of daylight to further test this carb swap, but still baffled as to the 88 vs 78 main jetting difference in this case :c...

AF05 carb on AF16 // PA 31M vs PA 35J carb differences
Trying to pinpoint source of a fuel cut issue, and leading me to carb. Motor is AF16, all stock beside a KymcoZX50 pipe Have a spare stock carb from a '93 SR (AF05), figure I'd try it since on hand. from noiseguy's carb ident thread & Honda service manual: 88 - 93 Elite (SA50) PA 31M Jetting: 88...

Re: Genuine OEM Bando Belt
So this was a legit Bando belt, looks good, BUT too wide! Microfiche for 87 SE50, 93 SA50, and 98 SA50P all show P/N: 23100-GG2-751 However belts pulled off both AF05E bikes are noticeably skinnier.. what gives?? :x Running this GG2-751 belt results in terrible shifting and takeoff, since drive face...

Re: Tiny Oil Feed Line - Source??
Cool. Was trying to stay local for less downtime on this one Tried: Autozone... failed Advance Auto... failed Lowes (weedeater gas line looked promising, but too small!)... failed Walmart (fishtank tubing, close size but ultimately not oil worthy)... failed and then! God said let there be NAPA, and ...

Tiny Oil Feed Line - Source??
The line that connects oil pump spigot to carb/manifold barb. Swapping oilpump from 87 se to 93 sr and line is too short. Got some similar sized vacuum tubing from Vatozone, but its a loose fit and feel hesitant to use vacuum line for oil. At least for anything other than temporary solution.. Anyone...
