Got the engine back on and wired up, I'm using the complete aero wiring harness spliced into the spree cluster and left side hand controls. Still need to finish up a couple things, the foot brake safety switch needs to be bypassed and run wiring to the hand brake. http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f...

I haven't researched this yet, what model scooter can you swap disc brakes from? I think it would be hard to find a complete setup, might as well just use what I already have and save money.

After pulling the aero front fork assembly off the frame and comparing it to a spree fork I think it might be do-able. Probably won't get to it until this winter.

WOW looks super kewl so far man, great job :thumbsup: once you get the motor good and mounted you should look into swapping the front forks from the aero to give you the added stopping powers and it would raise the front end to match the rear :D Thanks, I've been thinking of a front brake swap but ...
