Re: Honda elite 80 clutch ???????
I finally got around to fixing the elite 80 and I put a new oem drive face and belt on. I put it all back together and 0-15 it takes off good 15-25 it dog's and 25-42 it picks up speed. Before the belt blew it ran great 0-42mph no problems. The carb is clean and everything is back together right. DO...

Hey guy's I have a 94 elite sa50 with a daywot 66cc bbk,Keli 9g ,1k center,2k grabbers,90jet,9.1 gears,80/90 tires. I had the scooter clocked at 50mph with a police radar gun(friends a cop) and thought that was a good speed. But I still think I can get more out of it. I know I have 80/90's on it but...

Honda elite 80 clutch ???????
I have a 2001 honda elite 80 and I was riding the other day and blew a belt. I got it home and took off the belt cover to find a shreaded belt and some damage to the front clutch plate cover. The face of the front clutch has cooling fins that extend past the ramp. I broke every one of them off. SO m...

Re: Elite 50S Single throttle cable to 50SR cable problem
I had the same problem and I cut the old cable off and put the cap in a vise and carefully drilled the brass enough to work it out of there. It took time but worked great!

Re: Has anybody ever put a Elite 80 engine into a Elite E/Spree
You def. can put the elite 80 motor on a spree. my friend took a chenghi 4stroke 90cc and put it on a spree with a bad motor. It took some fab work but thats the part of making it yours! and for the elite 80 it is a very dependable scooter. My 2001 elite 80 has 11,700mi and the only thing I do is cha...

Re: ****Official Picture Post****
thats my friend bob's spree. he put a 4stoke chenghi engine(no bashing please) on it and extended it a little. He got the motor off a wreck scooter with 50 or so mile on it. It goes pretty good about 45-50mph. and if you notice there's a gyro behind mine. http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c327/Zmud/...

Re: Should I get an Elite 80? No plastic, carb issue, fair price
I have a 2001 elite 80 that I bought for a $100 with 10,500mi on it. the way I look at it is you can part it out on ebay and make some money to by other scooter parts or put some money into it and you only paid a $100.00 for a running scooter. the only problem is there are no go-fast parts. but I do...

Tire?
I bought a set of 80/90-10's for the elite 50 and was wondering if these are smaller tires than a 3.00-10. I mounted them and they look good but a hair smaller.will this affect anything top speed or gearing?

Re: Any people good with welding and have old sleds?
I ride sleds and have some parts laying around. What are you looking for? My friend has a 95 ski-doo parts sled and the parts I have are off a 81 ss440. Do you ride? I am up in michigan about every weekend if there's snow on the trail. exit 1 to the u.p but mostly manistee or cadillac. http://i30.ph...
