Looks good on the plug chop. Did you want to get a temperature gauge?
Here is some from the U.S.- http://trailtech.net/computers.html
The tachometer, temp., and speedo are all in one on the Vapor.
The little TTO temp. gauge is very helpful, for a lot less money.
Thank you for posting back.

Re: trail tech
Quote: "which one is best for our scooters is my question". The unit I purchased is a trailtech vapor for a yamaha blaster '03-'07. It has the correct cht sensor and speedometer fit tings. For the elites you need the extension if you want to reach the handlebars/dash area. This also has th...

Re: Looking for a little more speed...
Just read your post and I can share this with you from my limited experience. If you up-jet to just 78 that's fine, no need for "better" air filter, just open up the second air passage on the airbox cover. My stock scoot has a vt cycles variator and ramp w/stock honda rollers, 9.8:1 second...

Re: 89 Elite R - my first build
Had a good test run today. Got about a solid 30 minutes of driving. Using the 102 jet with about 1 and 1/2 turns for the adjust screw. It did bog out a little bit on the way home, which was a slight incline and the gas was getting low. I'm going to top it off and observe the performance some more. ...

Re: Need a quick help For my friends Honda Elite .
Happy for your progress. Good luck with the paint job, on my last build, I used a flex bumper and trim paint with adhesion promoter primer. Not glossy. I might try a matte clear coat to give it some protection. http://i1136.photobucket.com/albums/n500/dynamohum/Photo421.jpg http://i1136.photobucket....

Re: 1987 honda 50cc elite s
I recently bought a honda 50cc elite s from an auction for about 130.00. I did not get a title for it , am I better off fixing it or selling it as is. I can get it to run but it has carberater trouble and I have possibly burnt up the starter already. If it's still worth fixing could use help findin...

Re: 89 Elite R - my first build
So I got some more test runs in today, but unfourtanatly I have had bad results. I switched my main jet from a 95, to a 105. I have the screw on the carb set to 1-1/4 turns out and was runing decent for the majority of the day. I topped it off with gas, mixing the fuel 32:1. I took if for another r...

Re: Getting pretty irritated.....
I was freaking out a little earlier because my temps were at 260-270 at 1/4 to 1/3 throttle until I read a little and found out that I can get up to 400 before I should really be freaking out. I was having trouble getting it to 300 but it is pretty d*** cold today. On top of that the snowing really...

Re: Getting pretty irritated.....
yeah I just turned it a quarter turn and made everything okay. I have the wire on my CHT coming back out the hole in the heat shield. No good? Yea, that's good. The only way I know of. Some use the head bolt to avoid dealing with it all together but I learned to be careful. On my second one now! :n...

Re: Getting pretty irritated.....
Justyn, counter-clockwise on the idle screw, if that don't work, the throttle cable is too tight. Loosen the cable adjustment just so there is no play (slack) in the throttle grip, idle should drop down by doing one of those, or both? Also, be very careful with the temp. gauge wire, that copper ring...

Re: Elite build bbk help
You will need an 8.44:1 or lower so you won't over rev an engine like 72cc's. 9:1's will be too high of gear on a bbk in my opinion. Did you check with redeftperformance? I recommend the Malossi kit. there is no such thing of over reving these motors. get that out of your head. no matter if you use...

Yea, I checked that out on my OKO 19mm; http://i1136.photobucket.com/albums/n500/dynamohum/72cc%20build/Photo441-1.jpg But on the OKO 26mm I saw this; http://i1136.photobucket.com/albums/n500/dynamohum/72cc%20build/Photo438-1.jpg Huh, go figure? Never used a motoritec before, are they less than an O...
