Did you have to grind any of the case to make it fit? I already had to take a little off mine for the Ruckus variator to fit.

My stock Jog was faster than any of my stock Hondas but I never came close to even 50mph. All I did was remove the washer between the variator and it would peg the speedo. I think 47mph is fastest it went and that was down a steep hill.

It doesn't go straight through. It goes up then over then up. It can be a pain in the a** to clean. You may need to let it soak for a couple hours then try the compressed air. When blowing from tube side you can just barely feel the air coming out that tiny hole. Also helps if you take air screw out...
