Re: Heres my video, someone please help...

Needle is in the middle. Pilot is 42, main is 105. This was my most successful Carb setting on my last engine before I ruined an oil seal and swapped this engine in.

Re: Heres my video, someone please help...

Checked petcock, works great. Screws are set to stock on Carb. Adjusted jets from leanest ones I own to richest and every combination in between. Took a whole day.

Here's the spare frame. Minus some stuff. Engine turns beautifully by hand. Already messing around with some different handlebars. And a sneak peek at my naked se50 project in the back.

Here she is! Still putting some pieces back on. I squirted some premix in the Carb a second ago and it fired up like its brand new. I think that's pretty decent considering its been sitting outside in freezing temps all night and today hasn't been much warmer.

Re: Possibly picking up a 1982 MB5. Any options?

Finally! After 8 hours of driving my new mb5's are at my place. I'm so pumped to start working on them. The parts bike looks pretty d*** good for a parts bike. All the expensive bits are still there so I'm gonna restore both of these at the same time. Definitely worth the drive!

Re: Possibly picking up a 1982 MB5. Any options?

The price is incredible. My 43" TV for one mb5, a spare parts mb5, and extra engine. I am beyond stoked.

Possibly picking up a 1982 MB5. Any options?

Soooooooo I'm possibly trading my HDTV for a 1982 Honda mb5 with a spare parts bike and 3 engines. All I know is this thing is rare but does anyone know of any performance parts available?

Looking at getting a whole new engine. That will be the third engine for this scoot.

Re: Engine doesn't want to work...

Dropped the pilot to my lowest jet (38) and it idles BEAUTIFULLY. However, it still won't rev up. It feels like the brake is on. (Definitely is not on) I tried using a known working coil. I tried every one of my main jets from 90-115. I also replaced the head gasket.

Re: Engine doesn't want to work...

Do you have any recommendations for my main jet? Also what needle should I be using? I need to order another one for my other OKO that I took off. The needle clip ground so much off the grooves that it won't hold the needle. The top two grooves are completely ruined. The needle on the 21mm PWK is on...
