I thought the elite S was unrestricted? I got him down to 600 so far. The panels have been repaired and repainted and a newer carb he said. The speedo doesn't work. He said it was in a barn for awhile when he got it. He went through it all and got it running good. Not sure if it's worth the hour dri...

What exactly is restricted on these?
Also would it be fairly easy to make this scooter hit 45 to 50 miles per hour

Looking at a 2001 Honda Elite Big E
They are asking 650 with 3800 miles.. Is this a good deal?
It looks clean... Can you do a lot of mods to this model?
