Re: Throttle loose - how to tightened?
I guess that my throttle must be wearing too loose. It's sloppy and not like my burgman. Just thought that I might need to buy a new throttle/handgrip assembly or tighten it's looseness somehow.

Throttle loose - how to tighten ?
My throttle is loose and I would like to tighten it up somehow. Everytime I go over a bump, my hand j e r k s and the throttle twists back and forth too easy causing it to rev higher/lower. How could I prevent this? Anything to adjust to tighten it?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Any possibility of "bad" carb causing overheating?
Just to give you an example of a temp, I was just in the mountains here and we climbed a big hill. It was about a 2500ft climb for about 4-5 miles. I was wide open going 40ish and my temp reached 388f. Once the hill ended, the temp dropped back to a normal 325ish.

Re: Clutch cooling
My AF18 motor clutch cover is only bolted on with no dowels. I'll try taking it off later next week to try the cooling effect.

Re: Black DIO ZX on SSS first slide show picture?
I figured that the one in the picture had a front end conversion on it, but that is how they came? The fuel tank is in the floor? That's interesting. Does it use a fuel pump to get fuel to the carb since its on the wrong side of gravity? What does it do with the space under the seat / rear cover? M...

Re: Clutch cooling
Maybe before I change out my springs, I'll keep the clutch cover off and see what happens.

Clutch cooling
I'm wondering how cooling the clutch helps with the clutch. I saw Johnny248 cut his up to allow cooling but am wondering how it really helps.
I am noticing after riding a couple hundred miles that my clutch engages sooner than what it was before. Will cooling it help this out?
