I use mine with the cover and this is what I've tuned it too. I believe it makes a difference for tuning with and without.

Well that helped out a lot! Good pick up all the way through. No popping on decel and very little flutter down low. Ran great and I pushed it hard coming home. No GPS I'll clock it tomorrow and now that the carbs is probably as close as it's ever been I'm gonna up my roller weights to get some more...

Yes, I'll check out my clutch pulley first, then try out some heavier weights.
Another thing to add, my new rear shock is awesome. Now I have to get some replacements for the front struts.
