Big bore bikes feel like a whole new bike. Even as mild as a 66cc daily rider. Pulls harder, accelerates quicker, better top end. Kinda incredible for just 16ccs more.

Rear pulley question
Recently replaced: weights (7.0 g), stock DD belt, Keli medium clutch, 1500 clutch springs, and 1500contra. I'm so dumb (still newbie) that I didn't bother to check the rear pulley. Thx gang. Plugged pump and running between 2.5-4 oz per gallon of amsoil dominator. Daily driver so low rpms. Originally thought I had a 72cc, but on inspection, I know its a taiwan bore, not sure of exact size. Anyone know the common taiwan bore sizes for DD50 with stock carb, airbox?

A shop on oahu told me aftermarket variators are not much if at all better than stock dd vaio. Must b true if he was willing to sacrifice a sale. if that's the case, look into ramp plates maybe?

DD50 riders, yah I know many will say just premix only but, 1) how much oil should i add at fill up if I'm still using the stock oil pump on a 72cc with stock carb? gas tank is 1.5 gallons, pump puts out 50:1. 2) can i run premix in the pump? 3) can i run injector oil as a premix? 4) which oil you r...
