I guess I will take the carb off and clean......again. once its warmed up, if I can get it past just off idle revs she will run just fine but once it drops down to low rpm it won't take throttle application and idles slower and slower then dies.

It has the stock airbox, sealed up tight.

Thanks. If the bystarter is frozen open, could it be causing the engine to die when opening the throttle?

I have a Spree project that isn't running right. It is a Frankenspree project that i am not using any of the running lights so I tossed the battery too.
