Re: 50mm Big Bore Elite S Build

I tried to place the jug on the case, and it did not fit. There is a extra little bit on the jug casting that rubs against the intake maniflod/reed block. So I got out the grinder and took a little bit off. Now it fits fine. http://i751.photobucket.com/albums/xx159/trafficjamz2/100_1946.jpg http://i...

So I needed to take the whole engine apart. Good for cleaning it up all the way too. http://i751.photobucket....

Re: Spree Pulley mod whos done it? come on nobody?

I did it. Shave the whole d*** thing off and the space it with washers. Too many factors to just say take off x amount. Belt size and stretch of the belt make a huge difference. So shave it all down and tune with the thinnest washers you can find. Make sure you put washers on the front and back side...

Re: Is anyone else having trouble with the 44mm kit???

Are you using the stock air box? Mine would not run with the stock air box. (even with top off) Remove the stock air box tube and run a pod filter. I made mine from an block breather filter for autozone. Also the 95 jet is too big. I cant say for sure what size mine is. It is a drilled out 68jet. bu...

The Bystarter how does it work?

When I first got my 1986 spree, the wiring was pretty bad. Corrosion, and melted wires were common all over this scoot. After getting nowhere with the stock wiring, I decided I would just wire the entire moped from scratch. Everything on my spree works just fine now, except the bystarter is not hook...
