all ignition, lights switches and headset complete set are gone to a deal 3-4 years ago, front fender gone to Ruckenstein.....still have the rest.

no headset cowl (gone for $180 deal 3-4 years ago).....oil tank, head... yes, you may just pay me shipping cost only, it's yours.......anything else?......the Razz i have was very low mileage, and great condition.....just no title, so it didn't impress me much.

for me...just new hone and rings 80 psi is ok, because they have not broken-in yet, 80psi is not enough minimum performance requirement, but to start an engine, yes it could be.....i would pay attention to ignition spark and gas supply in cold start (in warm weather).......on ignition spark make sur...

any considering of making gasket set or reed valve for Gyro S...noiseguy? have both reed valve and a complete gasket set if you needed.

please make them soon sooner.....they are not on the Boysen's list, have not seen or heard anyone made them either.

checking with manual service to see if you have anything missing......if brake cable has slow sticking or stuck, remove brake cable from brake lever and other side from the wheel, no need to remove it from scooter...use a small plastic bag, have some wd40 in the bag, tight it up on the top of cable ...

i agreed with bonesv's advice, those are big factors causing hard start...also after 3-4 kickers with throttle untouch you could have enough evidences to investigate what the problem is/are by checking spark plug: dries, wets, smells, oils.......for me, without exhaust and airfilter connected it is...
