Re: Scorpion pipe
From my limited (secondhand) experience with one, I noticed they like light weights, so don't be afraid to go down on the weights even if it seems wierd. As far as shipping, you don't know how many times it works the opposite way, sellers telling me "UPS/Fedex only" even though I point out...

Re: Plugged oil pump. How is crankcase lubricated?
JJ loves his oil pump, and the rest of us don't.
I've personally never had any problems with premixing in over 7 years of riding modified mopeds. I have heat-seized a stock bore multiple times on the stock pump, zip-tying it wide open helped a bit, but not much.

Re: i fail at life
I never really cared what it says, but a lot of forums have them setup so that the mod/admin doesn't have to go changing people's title every week when they think of something new. And the only thing I don't like about the CB900 is that it's missing an "R"

I'm not one to talk about or judge someone else's business, but most of the fastest builders I've heard of are tweakers
Makes sense, stay up for a few days and just wrench, the bike better be pretty d*** fast

Steel and chrome moly sound way overbuilt (and expensive), how have you bent 3 sets of forks? I've only heard of people bending/breaking front ends from a crash, if that's the case, then you just gotta stop crashing

You can't stop processing... but you don't have to sit through it either. Once you finish the upload, go back to life as normal and your video should be up in 12-24 hours, depending on size. Vimeo is my favorite youtube alternative, but they have the same upload/processing times so it's just basical...

Re: Hey, throwing some ideas around.
I've also tried to buy just the stem, and no shop will do it. If they sold stems, nobody would ever buy the whole kit unless they just had money to blow :P As far as Hawaii shipping prices, welcome to my world :P I don't care about cutting/modding (I would never cut my panel, just heat and remold) b...

Re: which is faster?
youtube, because it will load faster for the viewer. Nobody will care how long you spent uploading, if it takes them a while on their end, they won't watch. That being said, whats in a 15min video? If you have 15 mins of really good action, you MIGHT get some people to watch the whole thing. If it i...

Re: Hey, throwing some ideas around.
What NCY kit are we talking about? the dio conversion setup costs around $800...
As far as pricing, is that $250 for just the stem? kinda steep, I wouldn't pay that for just the one piece.
