ok so the mech emery'd it down and hammered it into the bearing case. she spins well. this will need to do for now.

Wrong spark plug. Taz misleading . Those are Taiwan bore 50mm piston. Need port bigger on boost port on crank case. Should have gone malossi or polini bore. Is bolt on. Try remove 50mm cylinder head n screw bh8hs. Then you will know different :mrgreen: there is no cutting on this kit, also the molo...

My mechanics has a lathe graphite. Will that be fine? Just needs 1mm

Graphite. Can i use a bench grinder and grind just enough while turning it for it to be able to slide freely in the bearing?

yeah i rotated them around once or twice to get them in the right position
