Looks like the carb kit u listed comes with an intake. Make sure u get a throttle cable and oil pump delete plug. The contessa is solid shud see 55-60. Try turning that air screw back in to 1.5 turns out and put that needle in the middle. Start there and make one adjustment at a time. Annoying i know. And slow tuning. Ive seen the pics of the hawkeye themed bike u did. It looks awesome. For better bottom u def wanna keep the stock pipe. I noticed the most difference on low and mid when i added the carb and intake to the bbk.

Not sure how much that re seating of clutch pads costs, but g9 has that kn planning for $29 or the koso for $45 might be a better option to just go with one of those. All the dio clutches fit.

G9's malossi kit, polini 21cp, and naraku intake/adapter, and stage 6 cdi really opened that bike up for me. I also did the polini vari and polini evo clutch bell for nice take off. I was running the 21 cp on my variated afo5 with malossi kit and intake. My jetting was 34-36 and 104-106. So urs is prob rich on the pilot.
