No I don't. The only moped/scooter places around my area are dealers of chinese wares and a few Ruckus customizers in Orlando.

The few scooters I see are usually chinese. I'm mostly rockin Tomos mopeds these days, though.

Snagged a one owner 2001 Sprint in NICE shape yesterday.

So it was WAY lean... as in ten sizes too lean. Runs amazingly now.

Been busy working in a greenhouse... but I was able to afford another Tomos! This morning I picked up a sweet lil 99 Targa LX. Pedal start, for now at least.

Adjust the valves, double check every part of the carb, check thoroughly for air leaks. The variator/drive could also the issue, as mentioned.

I think the reed is bad, it isn't closing all the way. I've ordered a new polini reed block for it and new seals. 14.14, biturbo - a #56 is the jet I'm using currently and that's the standard upjet for a pipe upgrade on these. I did have a #58 in it. I think my oil seal on the tranny side is bad. Its smoking BAD. I put all the new parts on and aside from having a crappy used throttle assembly from ebay, it all works. Problem is, as soon as I give it gas it bogs and or dies. It runs fine on the stand, but as soon as I try to ride it, it bogs then...
