I just put it on last night. I haven’t touched the jet yet but the bike definitely likes the pipe.

Panterra power board
I just picked up one of these craigslist. Soon as I saw it was called a Pantera I had to have it. Runs great it’s a lot of fun. anyone ever seen one before.?

Hey man thanks for the info.. I Clean the carb One last time and tried it. Some miracle of baby Jesus it started up first kick idle fine. Ran my * around at 35mph (sss speed pulley.) hot restart fine.. I’ll test a cold start tonight… I’ve cleaned carbs 100 times before . Must missed something. Hahaha

I swapped carbs and runs now. Iv heard of carbs just being worn out but this has low miles an it and it bothers me I can’t get it to work. Any idea on what the issue could be or where to get a used Oe carb? Thanks

Yeah I’m gonna swap it up with a different one tonight. I’m confused as to what could go wrong with the current one. Main jet is clean. Emulsion tube clear. Idle circuit is clean . All passages clean… primer circuit clean

Another thing I always thought was unrelated. The tail light will fade out once in a while. And for some reason it will only kickstart with a full battery. .. any ideas.. thanks man

New reeds and gaskets. New piston base and head gasket.. new crank seals. Carb insulator gaskets. New auto by starter. New coil wire boot and plug. New oil .. still can’t get her

It’s gotta be the carb. I’m not new to carbs especially spree carbs so that makes me more frustrated.the air screw didn’t have a spring so I found one that fits. Other than that everything has Ben cleaned just like my other sprees. Any ideas on what I should check.?

I’ve done that. I got the S 23 pipe and tried new jets.. still same.. my last resort is swap carbs and see if that makes difference I guess.. I’ve done every thing else

I’ve soaked it and used air as well as a small piece of wire. I have never seen daylight through a spree slowjet before. Diameter is so tiny. Even under 3/4 to full throttle not much power.. would this mean that slow jet is the culprit.?

OK thanks. Appreciate the information. All four of mine just stay on. I’m not very worried about power savings I just want them to blink accordingly. What the simplest way to achieve this. I still have the original flasher relay right now.. cheers

I’ve purchased some through eBay as long as there listed for an 85 they worked for me… I’ve also drilled one out and just added an inline manual shutoff.
