Re: Epic Variator Fail! Carnage pictures and advice...
I don't have an af16 I'm thinking about getting one. The naked scooter isn't going to be used very much. Its still in progress. I'm thinking about putting it on the back burner and pushing the puch to the front and finishing that project first.

I bought the variator for the af05 it somehow ground the hole bigger.

Epic Variator Fail! Carnage pictures and advice...
So the other day my ramp plate decided it no longer wanted to sit in its assigned seat and went for a ride into my engine case grinding off a bunch of metal and part of the seal. Not satisfied with taking its own life it also felt it necessary to take with it my brand new polini weights. Needless to...

Clutch advice...
Decided its time to upgrade my clutch so I'm looking for some advice. I have an 87 se50 with malossi BBK, CT chrome, 21mm oko, ruckus variator, polini belt, metro rear wheel, oil plug. That's all I can think of right now. I want to do the clutch and gears. Obviously I only have one choice for gears ...

Re: restricted leovince sp3
Mine had one it it. It comes out pretty easily. The only reason I can think to why they did is that maybe there is some sort of legality that stops them from selling pipes that don't meet certain restrictions.

I could be wrong but I think your head should be turned 90 degrees. The air won't be able to flow across them like that.

I have a set of three 8oz bottle filled with oil that I keep in my backpack and a one gallon can on the back of my scoot. Definitely need it when I do the 4 hour trek to NH to see my GF every weekend.

Redeft has his own for sale thread in the for sale section. Also the metro front end can be swapped into the se50.

Re: Leo Vince restrictor question
Got one for my BBK and didn't know there was a restrictor in it and got really * when I could barely get the scooter over 5mph. I decided to put the stock exhaust back on and noticed the restrictor in it and popped it out. Threw it back on and nearly flipped my scooter when I floored it on takeoff.
