tried motor mikes suggestion and wala it started working i feel slightly ignorant but moving forward i did notice that the oil seal was not in place like somehow it slipped off but not completely as it was still on the drive face side any ideas i did hear once that you can install the drive face oil...

Hers my issue i have two cranks for an Afo5e engine, one crank has a stripped drive face side and the other has a stripped flywheel side, how would i go about rebuilding it. could I just switch the sides on them and wouldn't i have to true it afterwards?

Everyone know your suppose to use honda 2 stroke injector oil but me i personally like yamalube its purple viscosity is not so thick like some other oils and its perfect for breaking in new pistons and stuff also its pretty costly but hey you get your moneys worth

Yes there is supposed to be a dowel that keeps the slide from rotating, some are steel, brass or plastic. Plastic ones can be broken by forcing the slide.
