Re: tube tires vs tubeless

Re: tube tires vs tubeless
yeah i figured that out the hard way but its a learning experience. I did indeed use tire lube and was going by what other ppl suggested but it didnt work out. Sometimes you eat the bar and sometimes it eats you. Kinda funny story though, so I went back to the scooter shop with the rim and bought a ...

Re: .....it's a flamin' Aero....
Wow tough breaks guys. I'll try to learn from your mistakes Mike. We don't need insurance here but to get a scooter on the road legally its like 165.00 gonna have to suck it up and do it for both of mine before i get tempted to try that. I know exactly what yr saying Bear, you would think they'd giv...

Re: tube tires vs tubeless
The rear axel nut is one i'm currently at war with.
seriously thinking about a wheel upgrade
to the elite or met rim depending on how expensive and or hard to get they are. might be easier in the long run.

86 spree idle screw, no elec start, one flashing signal
Just driving my spree for a few minutes seems to unscrew it enough so the engine dies when never I stop. If I replace the throttle screw will this fix this? Also, i put a new battery in it but when i push the start nothing happens. Um, i'm guessing starter dead? All the other lights work. the left t...

Re: tube tires vs tubeless
its the rear tire of my aero and the tube is popped. I was just going to replace the tube but upon study the tire while straining to remove it I noticed it has deep crack in the rubber all along the side. if this tire is no good and i need a new one i guess I'll have to wait. For the time being can ...

Re: tube tires vs tubeless
thanks Wheelman, i have enjoyed reading some of your other posts, yr a funny guy. I once again lost to the nut last night. today i'm gonna win though. the ratchet set i bought could only take off one. 10mm deep i could do it with that prob, i have lost several battles but that might win me the war. ...
