just going thru threads and looking for performance ideas can't wait for the motor to get here so i can start working on it, some one said the ruckus variator may help, which i have, gave my aero an extra 5mph+ wouldn't that be nice if it gave the 80 an extra 5mph

would a aero 125 carb and manifold work

there is a little 3-4inch section of glass packing in the base of the muffler but no plastic you should be safe just throwing it in a fire and walking away just make sure the base doesn't turn red or the glass might melt but i doubt it will effect noise or performance

Bear I just read an article saying that the stock manifold opening is 19mm and if one could find a 19mm carb then it would increase the intake by 46%

could jetting fix this issue or do i need a new carb, how fast do you think the stock gearing will go once you solve the restrictions

they are new tires less than 100 miles

their pretty easy to bend once you heat it up with a torch then just hit it with a hammer

i may but i didn't want to hassle with taking the tires, and bearings off to have it baked plus im not sure how much it would cost, would they be able to do the stripe?

a big bore kit without it you will probly see 50 but not much higher

anyone know the best spray paint and technique thats gonna last and resist road debris for painting rims on these scooters, For my Areo i will do either flat black or gloss and should i do a red pin stripe around the edge thats so popular nowadays or not and what is the best way to go about doing that
