If money is No Object I would buy a new pipe.
If you have no money, you can weld a short piece of round tube in there. I'm pretty sure it doesn't connect to the other pipe inside. GL

Re: Mixed Parts = End Results
Oh I forgot that little bump on the back bottom needs to be level off to save the top of the belt from scraping.

Great advice . Thank you . That's what I'm hoping for.Meatball wrote:Hmm, could be extra heat from the break-in? Rings not fully seated yet? ....Ive had a BBK cool down 20-30 degrees just by more ride time.
Possibly try a hotter (or colder) spark plug if you have one on-hand.

Re: 54mm build/ nuts packed in box
Hi Forum. Giving you guys an update on the motor performance. I've been driving it for a few weeks and the power is very good. The problem that seems to haunt these air-cooled Taiwan big bore kit is heat. No matter what fan I put on it it does not blow enough air to keep the cylinder cool at wide op...

Hi met. I don't think there's much benefit in installing the ZX Drive on a stock af16 motor. I have both setups on both my scooters. It seems the ZX Drive is a lot heavier and slower. My regular s Drive seems a lot faster . I would only recommend ZX Drive for the big stroker Motors. Where a wider be...

Re: Help my landlord sold my scoots!
Hi pat. Wow that is fup. I would definitely report the scooter stolen so no one can register them. Contact the landlord have him get the scooters back or you going to press charges. See if you can put a lien on his property? Until scooters are return. GL pat.

Hi Ian. If you have the fan and the fan shroud off it will overheat the motor and cause issues. Put those items back on. GL.

Hi wheelman.
Yes the fuel does a number on the rubber. I would not use stabil in your gas. It takes away lubrication from your cylinder.
If you're still having heat spikes you can shim up the needle on the carb. You may be able to use a tiny O ring like the idle screw has to adjust your needle? GL.
