The throttle cable may not work being to short but the carb will bolt onto the manifold you just need to make sure the auto-choke clears whatever may be in the way. Good luck!

Just to make sure you know this and haven't forgot about it remember that the center/compression spring is under tension and the clutch will come flying off at you if you aren't holding it down when removing the nut and trust it it does hurt ALOT.

The one question...... The clutch, is the heat blue from factory hardening or was it overheated at one point due to a dumb kid (me, back then) riding it hard? Most likely the blue color was caused by the clutch slipping at some point from you riding (hard or whatever you were doing to it) but so lo...

'87 Elite 50 (SE50) has a different motor then a '88 Elite E/ES 50 (SB50) but if the manual is for a '88-'93 Elite LX/SR (SA50) the engine is almost the same so it should work for the engine but as far as electrical and other things go it will be very close but not exactly the same, good thing honda...

I personally know the seller and for the price he is selling it for is cheaper then you can get it from a shop in Hawaii shipped to you although this isn't the cheapest you can get a pulley for from a shop in Hawaii. It is a technicality why they do it like that, ebay can't tax your shipping costs s...
