where does the harness come from?

I want to hear more about this. What is the deal with the harness?

Thankyou for the u tube. It showed taking it apart, which is always easier than reassembly. I think I saw one broken tab on one skirt. Skirts give me a lot of trouble on reassembly.

:coolcruise: it ended up that I replaced everything on the Kymco cluster with SA50. The Kymco speedometer and fuel gauge were rusted beyond repair. So much for the 60 MPH speedo. The Kymco cluster was the exact shape as the SA50, but idk what Kymco it came off of. It did not have high beam indicator...

Has anyone ever seen any info on putting all the plastic and skirts back on a sa50? There has to be a better way than the way I am doing it. The skirts seem impossible to get on and aligned without damage to tabs.

I am trying to install the Kymco cluster on my sa 50. I seem to have an extra bulb. Does anyone know if the Kymco cluster uses a high beam indicator? I also have a wire that connects to the fuel gauge on the sa50 that connects some where else on the Kymco. Anyone got a Kymco schematic?

I have extra af16's for sale complete no wheel or pipe. $250 plus shipping. They have been removed from elites with unknown mileage. They are suitable for rebuild. They may even run the way they are.

I have many af16 for pit bikes. You will want to go with 9:1 ratio, with those engine modes. I tried one elite without it. It seemed like it got up to speed fast. But didn't go that fast and wasn't as much fun. You won't regret it.

Put a new motor in and so far it has not started. I believe it is electrical. But it had a good spark. Haven't checked spark on new motor.

The only thing I know you can do to change timing is shear the flywheel key. Motor was running just fine, died, thought it was out of gas, hasn't started since. I will check key when motor is removed. Any other ideas?

72 cc.,24 mm Pollini,PG.Got good spark, got 110 plus compression, Got a bowl full of fuel, cranks over just fine. Won't start. Tried ether spray. Won't start. About to pull motor. Any ideas?
