I have pollini carbs on most of my elites. Most main jets are a little over 100. I am still working on the correct pilot. I am interested in what you settle on for pilot. All of the pollinis idle fine. I did not have that luck with the OKOs.

I ground a little off the cooling fins to get clearance. I don't think it took very much.

does any one know if oko and Koso main jets are interchangeable? They have the same thread but are totally different. The oko are much longer and have a 5mm hex.

I got the bearing off. It took a torch, a small grind stone then a cut off wheel, and finally the puller. You could see where the very center of the inner race was welded to the crank. Thanks for the help. I split another case today and both bearings stayed in the cases.

No. The puller I have goes between the bearing and the journal. I have a slide hammer, but no way to connect it to the bearing race.
