what causes flooding?
1987 elite se50p is running way too rich, I left exhaust loose at cylinder to see if muffler was clogged. Gas and oil comes out of the cylinder exhaust port. It won't idle but it will start and stay running (badly) if I give it throttle. I've cleaned carb several times. Can petcock, bystarter, or id...

I spent $90 for high-po cycle shop to port and polish intake, port exhaust port on cylinder, and shave head. At least I know it's right and I didn't screw anything up.
