ok yah I did notice the threaded hole on the back of it. I can't quite picture how that would work. I'll have to take it apart again I did get it real tight when I installed it. I was woundering if anyone else had this problem? mabey I could put an extra o ring on or something teflon tape idk. Sent ...

oil plug leaking

I noticed today that my oil plug is leaking. has anyone else had this issue? the oil plug is the one vt cycles sells. any tips on sealing it?

yes and yes. I ordered some smaller slow jets. surprisingly dropping the needle did help!

well thanks I had no idea about the rollers. I'm kinda having issues with the idle circuit I'm down to a 40 jet I'm going to try adjusting the needle see if that helps.
I kno it's not part of the same circut.

I have driled out a main jet for that carb and works great. never heard of anyone driling out the pilot though might be kinda hard just don't go to big! I would recomend the ct intake with aftermarket carb. good luck

what are my options as far as a head gasket with the corsa? where can I get afew of those circle band things the corsa uses? I saw a gasket kit on ebay is that the only way?

I tried the harmonic balance puller I did not like the way it was pull ing on it. I had a two jaw type puller and it broke I had to bolt on an extra fly wheel I had laying around I bolted it on bac.kwards to get a grip and the puller broke after I put alot of pressure on it so it is really stuck on ...
