Picked up a kitaco cluster, PG stainless, clear corners, lowered my forks to the bottom notch and smaller front tire.
Found a set of FSN wheels.

Pics of my old bike. Getting hard to find. I didnt even see these tail lights when i went to japan last year.

Tested lowering my forks... but need a smaller front tire for proper clearance

Here is a pic of a 3inch ruckus wheel on my old honda sb50/Honda Pal conversion. But i think i stretched a 3.00 tire on it

The "hairs" on the tire touch a bit. I put a thin washer on the axle before putting the wheel on. The IRC 90/90 tire is pretty square on the 3inch wheel. With the stock wheel its rounded (side wall)

Its on my super dio. Ive had that wheel on my sym, af16 and af18 motors. 90/90-10 tire. Needed an aftermarket shock and a small washer on thr rear axle. Ill take more pics of it later.

Wow that much work. Thanks for the heads up. I was gonna just use an af16e case on the trans side, if I build that motor. But In have a big spline af18e to play with.

I'm curious to see how those seals hold up. I have a spare small spline af18e that idk what to do with.

Looks awesome. Why did u want to go with the small spline crank?
