hey dac. the pipe in the pic is a PG long, very nice pipe, will work on anything from a 72cc up to full 125 strokers. That other pic is a termignoni, SP? anyways, its pretty loud, and doesnt produce that great power. Is your bike stock? Let me know what you got and ill try and see what would be your...

yes, its extremely rare for a cdi or coil to burn out, most times the pickup in the stator goes first. Just wondering, did you try and check your spark plug cap? i know it starts and it has spark, but sometimes the small clip inside doesnt hold the plug on good, that can cause sputtering like carb/c...

im going to guess its the reeds, if there is a gap, no matter how small it affects the bike. did you try flipping them over? Also does the bike rev up under no load, like on the stand? Im assuming you checked for manifold leaks, spraying carb cleaned on the selected areas will tell you if its leakin...

best belt is the factory honda belt, hands down! also you have to remember that a new belt has some slippage because of the release agent they use when manufacturing it. Also the older the belt gets the stronger it will be, if it survives the initial break in hehe. It has to go thru a few heat cycle...

you guys should know that once you you go to any after market cylinder, its best to start pre mixing your fuel/oil. A good star is about 40 to 1 , also dont use your injector oil to do a premix, unlike what people may think, it is different.. always use a good high quality oil like 927 castor, pro k...

unplug your key harness..
it wil by pass the on/off , you can still kill the engine with the kill switch. or you can drill the crap out of it and use a small screwdriver at worse!

dying under load is usually caused by a bad reed, check to see if its flat, with no gaps..

over haul and clean the carb. I see that stuff on a daily basis at the shop. Just remember to make sure your air fuel mixtures are what the factory set s them , unless you like fooling with it! A good cleaning does wonders, also changing the plug doesnt hurt~

in hawaii most people refer to a elite motor as a dio. The tru dio motor are stamped af18, that comes with zx trans, wide belt. The USA version is stamped af16. There are a few differences between them, but all in all all the parts will interchange, with the exception of the other style af18 crank w...
