Try taking the head off an double checking everything.. Sounds like a unforeseen issues.. Did I try 32.1 maybe a colder plug..what kind of temp gauge u using? Maybe faulty

Find your stuck bulb number an add led bulb to that stock number or find aftermarket led turn signals.. That's what I did..

U remember what your squish Clearence was? Try 32.1 premix sparkplug temp u using.. I think if everything is ok.leaks,comp,squish,piston,ring gap.etc..U just gotta find the right jet till she runs good..trial an error...

Have u check your compression.. U running oil pump I asume? I had a guys scoot I was fixing stock scoot he could run all day aslong as he doesn't hit full throttle for a long period than it would die soft seize.it would start up an go.. Anyway his oil pump throttle cable was stretched an wasn't gett...

95mj on 50cc sounds super rich to me... High pitch zingy sound is lean.. Crapping dead dull sound rich
Not sure what a stock jet size is but mayb 2-3 up jet from stock because of your pipe..assuming no air leaks

If no leaks!! I would start from the beginning..turn a/f screw all the way in, then back it out 1 to 11/2 turns..then u from there..

Was the motor running before?
Try cleaning carb

What jets u got in there??? Did u check for air leaks ?

By a temp an rpm gauge makes life easier an life save for your scoot if done already have them

I got a friend selling a new polini cp 23mm would be great for your build he wants $100 there's no miles on carb just couple heat cycles..
