Re: 87 Se goody build

Im planning on running 93 but i have 100 and 110 available in my area. But I really dont think that will do much. But PreMix is going to be a must cause its a long distance driver.

Re: 87 Se goody build

Im going to be having the cylinder checked to make sure it is round or aka true. Ive delt with getting a cylinder from honda that was not a truly round bore. And im going to be shaving off the matting surfaces just a tiny amount to raise my compression a little bit.

Frankenstein

Is it possible to use different parts from different motors? I.E. crankcase R to crankcase. Would a different crank be needed and maybe a spacer? Would that lead to a different top end? Would a Frankenstein come to life?

87 se50???

Just picked this sucker up. Its an 87 se50 with 2700 driveway miles. It seems to be running way better than my 88sa50 ever did until it went bigger. But for a complete stocker its a sweet little ride. But anyway, does anyone know where I could find a set of those tiny tires. 2.75*10.00. Would i be a...

lost spark???

So tried starting up this morning and nothing happened. Did a little check and my igncoil is from daywoot and the primary to secondary i have continuity. Its supposed to be .1-.2k resistance so could that be the only problem or should I look more down the line for something that caused it to go?
