Whether it's Trump or Clinton, you can get rid of them in 4-5 years.

Common engine swap is a YX140 pit bike engine.
Recently bought a Lifan 110 (which also fit) off a guy who'd done that swap to his C90 and he was getting 70mph with a mild tune.

Cool find !
My Melody deluxe II was an ex-pit bike from the British Super Bikes series.
Unfortunately it wasn't owned by a famous rider, just a guy who checked the timing points around the circuit and got fed up at going 30mph

Re: What is this nipple?
In the top picture, I think what you've circled is the overflow for the float chamber. I'm guessing it's pointing down and the alloy shape in the bottom right is the float bowl. If your float needle gets stuck open or doesn't seal correctly, excess fuel will drain out of here to stop it flowing up t...

Re: 85 spree with elite engine low top speed
Maybe your modded exhaust is blowing the charge straight out of the tail section instead of creating a bit of bottle neck pressure to keep the fuel in the cylinder. What did the porting on the cylinder involve? e.g. if you've raised the height of the exhaust you'll lose compression and power unless ...

If you want a bling look, you could try polishing the cases.
I got mine to come up like chrome with a cheapo polishing kit.

Re: 85 spree poor gas mileage?
Fuel gauges aren't that accurate. Even on my 2010 VW a full tank takes me about 400 miles, yet it always shows half a tank after 300 miles. And we all know how trustworthy VW are with gas mileage  If you get an accurate mpg you can figure out if you have a problem or not. Stop start town drivi...
