What gears are you running in that?

If I were going to try for 65mph both motors would be needed to reach max speed. The way I would gear it for top speed would be with a smaller sprocket (30t) it has a 54t right now. Despite it's shortcomings in the combustion per revolution department, I've heard legends of 100,000mi+ Elite 80 engines that saw no more than basic maintenance. As long as you change the oil, it may well last you forever (or close enough to it).

Although the elite 80 is not the best looking scooter on the market, it is often touted as the most reliable scooter ever. I'd pay $75 for that.

:bowrofl: Short threads? we'z not so good at that. But, as Trafficjamz corrected me in saying, I have an Urban Express kicker on my dio powered spree, it's at least 2 inches longer. Whether or not the extra length is needed, I for one think the long kicker looke kinda cool... I'll snap a pic tomorrow.

I used a Honda Express or ExpressII kick lever, it's way longer and makes it very easy to kick over.
