Crankshaft install
What's the best way to get the crankshaft installed if you don't have the tool refered to in the honda manual. I understand that I need to install the bearings & seals into the case halves first. Then how do you get the case halves together.

disk brake conversion for sa50
Does anyone know what is required to fit a dio live or dio zx complete front end to a sa50. I have possible sourced one including the f & r wheels. Will I need to reuse the stem from the sa (cut the sa stem & weld it to the dio forks)? Will I need new bars or can just install the forks with ...

Yep she doesn't know about the sccoter yet. She thinks it's for a co worker. Her b day is next week. She seems to handle the elite s pretty well although it's a deristricted one with an r1. I'm hoping the taller gear ratio will keep it from wheel standing off the line. I have that issue with both of...

OK folks I got the dd50 is a 07 w/800 miles. What are the restrictions? I checked the variator & there is nothing I pulled the carb & I saw nothing. Is it the exhaust & Air box. To be honest I am a little disappointed with it. It rides quite well & the front brake rocks, but it tops ...

Hey there guys is the sym dd50 any good. I have had no luck w/the other 2 scooter purchases, but found a sym dd50 locally, as in 5 miles away. I thought that I've see on the hawian forums that they use the dd50 motors in some of there scoots. I was wondering what kind of restrictions there are. It a...

It look to be an eastern european spree. Apparently it may have an af14 or af11 motor. Never heard of either. I found one a few miles a...

Why yes it is an m3. I'm thinking about selling the an it has about 890 miles on it. The zuma owner said that when he gives it gas the wheel doesn't spin. But it has a high speed pulley. I think that I will take my tool box w/me. Fingers are crossed. what all can be done to a zuma

Pipe
I wish that I left the pipe alone it's been modified again to fit the purple elite s. It didn't perform as good as I wanted it to. It was originally a pipe for a nb50. It's a proma. I also picked up a proma 47mm bore kit for the sa50. I will try it with a r1 26mm pipe that I have. Regarding the Zuma...
