Re: Met 660 x 18 x 28 Belt in ZX Trans?

you. wont have any issues using a 28deg angle cog belt vs a 30. the belt will breakin to the angle if the drive face and pulley face. and any ways most aftermarket pulleys have a steeper face anyways. the gates belts all fray at the edges if thats what your talking about wheel

Re: What is a full tank on an Elite / Vision?

fill up and use what it says on the pump on how much gas went into the tank. then put your oil amount to the amount of gas went in according to what the pump says. if you have a bbk, use the highest grade fuel you can find.

Re: question

check for air leak or exhaust leak. the white on one side is the tell tale sign. try tighten the exhaust flange nut and see if its loose. check head bolts too.

Re: tuning a se50 variator

what 64cc kit are you using? if you got a big bore you should for sure be going faster than 40mph. something else or a bunch of stuff is not working right.

Re: tuning a se50 variator

you are running .40 thick reeds so that will restrict flow some. stock is closer to .25-.30 thick carbon reeds on how it flexes. 87 elite 50 came with 10g rollers.

Re: cleaning bearing

if it wont tighten then its good. once the crank bottoms out on the bearing its good. there will be a gap between the case and the crank weight about 1/8th of an inch gap.put oil on the shaft where the bearing is going to slide on do it goes on easier.
