Thanks for the info. I have access to the complete unit and am trying to figure out what I need. Do you know the part number for the filter you used? I wonder if I could just restrict the filter a lot rather than upjetting.

Did the airbox and exhaust fit under the stock Spree plastics?

I know it's been covered, but I can't find the post. Which engine mount do I need to put a variated '88 af05e into a '84 Spree? While we're on the topic, can anyone direct me to a thread or post that covers the swap?

I was looking at those too. I'll wait and see how yours goes before I order one. I can't seem to sell my Spree so I think I'm going to swap in a variated AF05e.

That's one way to do it. Has anyone tried any of those newfangled LED all in one turn/brake/tail light thingees they have on eBay?

What brand / type of black paint did you use on the gray plastics? They turned out really well.

Thanks for all of the responses! I was considering selling them because I'm pressed for space, time, and money. Looks like I'm going to make one good Spree from the parts, then figure out what to do with what's left over. I will also consider trading them for another interesting project or projects.
