Re: Dio af34 questions

Why aren't you just getting stuff from webike? That's an amazing source. If you need Oem Honda parts for the live Dio, I have a ton of new items from my own stock.

Re: What is the Difference between an af27 and af28?

Post a pic of your CDI. I'd like to see which one you have.

Below is a pic of a Super Dio ZX af28 cdi. It should have the two connector plugs on the underside.

Re: What is the Difference between an af27 and af28?

The CDI on the af27 is usually smaller in physical dimensions. Maybe you have the Dio SR CDI?

Re: Dio af34 questions

Also, the label on the inside of the seat bucket will tell you exactly which year model you have. Shoot it my way and I'll tell you what I find.

Re: Dio af34 questions

You definitely have a Live Dio AF34. It is not a ZX model.

JDM scoots do not come with kill switches as you have discovered. I will try to photograph a wiring scheme for you.

Munstah has got the main things down. Additionally, -forks are upgraded on the ZX -better rims -different steering tree -more aggressive cdi -slightly different wiring harness -small variance in frame detail -ZX models had unpainted fuel tanks -different exhaust -different speedo gauge -different st...

Re: Daytona Thunder CDI

Since my bikes are JDM Dios, the CDIs plug right up. I imagine it would be a real hassle with the USDM Elite harness.

Re: Daytona Thunder CDI

Daytona is big in the ruckus scene but they don't really do much for the dio. Malossi and polini rule these waters :). That's simply not correct. I do have Daytona intake manifolds, air filters, transmission gears, clutch assemblies, variators, cvt belts, CDI for my AF18E motor. In fact, they make ...
