Below is a pic of a Super Dio ZX af28 cdi. It should have the two connector plugs on the underside.

The CDI on the af27 is usually smaller in physical dimensions. Maybe you have the Dio SR CDI?

Also, the label on the inside of the seat bucket will tell you exactly which year model you have. Shoot it my way and I'll tell you what I find.

You definitely have a Live Dio AF34. It is not a ZX model.

This is how the plug looks like for the 94-96 Live Dio CDI.

The 94-96 live Dio CDI plug is different from the 97-99 live Dio.

Since my bikes are JDM Dios, the CDIs plug right up. I imagine it would be a real hassle with the USDM Elite harness.
