Re: Daytona Thunder CDI
Daytona is a major Japanese brand, totally legit. I'm shocked anyone on here would doubt the brand in the first place. I've got Daytona, Chameleon Factory, Kitaco, Takegawa, Malossi and Polini components on my bikes. All solid IMHO.

Re: Does anybody know what pipe this is?
That's a really mild pipe. If you're in Japan the speed limit is so low for 50cc scooters, it's almost a waste. Are you going for looks, acceleration, top speed, low noise, daily driving? All of those things kind of dictate the type of pipe you should get.

Re: Does anybody know what pipe this is?
The Burial on the af35 is a sport pipe. Somewhere between a full chamber and the stock Goshi ZX.

Re: Does anybody know what pipe this is?
Don't think that's a Burial at all. Looks to be a knockoff. I personally have owned two real Burial pipes, and the section near the cylinder head is usually a separate piece, and the welds are very distinct: on my af35 http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5448/9811889253_37012db2ce_o.png before I sold it, ...

Re: Does anyone else own a Honda NS 50?
Tom,
You may want to readjust the float bowl level on the Mikuni. They're notoriously sensitive.
I think ZRghost was saying it could rev to 12k rpm all day long. Someone please provide the right figure.

I love the performance you're getting out of the scoot.
...and MASSIVE props to you for documenting everything and sharing setup info. I know some guys like to keep it all secret and it is their right, but the more setup data there is out there, the better for everybody.

Re: Bring this X back to life
Need the part number. Think that is just the model designation of the carb.

Do you know the part number?
I can probably source one if you can get that.
