Re: Anybody ever heard of this stuff?
does amsoil make engines? just be safe and go with the honda gn2 its safer and honda wouldnt make something that would hurt their own engine...... Right and only run a stock pipe and cyl... and carb/airfilter while your at it because Honda made it and it wont hurt your motor. Almost any quality 2 s...

Re: Anybody ever heard of this stuff?
I have run Sabre at 50/1 with no issues. I also wouldnt try it at 100/1
I have some friends I ride with, and built their motors, who run it with out issues.
I run Amsoil Dominator in my race bikes at 42/1... if it didnt work I would run it

Re: My carb is so large :)
Not sure its just a island thing cause I have my best results with a 28mm also... at least better than my 24mm.
Dont have a 26mm to try to see if thats better or not. My 30mm doesnt give any added performance to my scooters and is harder to tune and keep in tune... just saying

Re: My carb is so large :)
Well since you already have a new 28mm why not use it? Sure it may not be optimum but it will still get the job done.. its not like it wont run if its a little too big. The money you save on a new carb would be well spent getting pilot and main jets so you can tune in your new setup. Sometimes we ov...

The cyl not sitting down straight and that the bolts wont reach should have told you to stop and find out the issue before using a mallet on it.
Hope you didnt ruin anything

Re: Strengths / weaknesses of Express and Urban Express?
Well they are worth what some one will pay you... Urban express are variated and the express isnt... well they made a few Express's with a 2 speed. There are a lot of BBK's that will fit.. some pipes will fit will minor mods. I built a few fast ones and have a couple laying around for future project...

Re: 2012 Moped Race Classes
I will talk to kryptonite about it and see what he thinks. Kyrptonite wants the penalty to be more than .1 sec for ten pounds. He wanted .15 I said that sounded unresonable we agreed the .125 penalty added for every 10 lbs would be a good compromise. When a time BONUS for more robust drivers was br...

Re: My drag scooter build
Im staying out of this one
Yes the carb works but it sure looks like it wouldnt. Its a 28mm flatslide mikuni and my 32 flatslide will not work at anywhere near this angle because it has a different float setup.. so I guess it depends on the carb design.
