The motor came with a SYM DD50 transmission 6:1 gearing, and Koso green flywheel cooling fan. He also told me one of the head bolt holes was stripped which is no big deal. IÔÇÖm thinking of installing head studs and jb welding them into the block, or doing it right and installing a Time-Sert ÔÇÿbetter than a heli-coilÔÇÖ. Also that the kid he got the motor from looked to have JB welded the oil injection hole. So with everything known about the engine I waited about 20 days or so for the engine to come. Man let me tell you 20 days is a lot. I think when the sent it out the found the biggest and buffest Hawaiian and set it Via Kayak or something. Sheesh! Well the motor finally came, and I started the dissemble.
So what was that JB weld plug? Did they fill the whole injection inlet tube? Lets see! =)
So silly me didn't take a picture of the oil injection plug but you'll get to see what was behind the gray filler, plugging the hole. Gray filler was silcon, and a US Quarter.
