Fire In the DayWOT

Post by Wheelman-111 »

Greetings:

Dateline: Mapookalelekiheilomalinda Beach, HI

Knowledgable Scooter Sources reported a fire at the residence of one Mr. Patrick Day, of DayWOT fame. Extensive damage was reported, although unconfirmed.

More on this story as it develops.

Edward R. Wheelman-Cronkite reporting.

Most of my money is spent on scooterparts. The rest is just wasted.

I just got an email from Patrick about some scooter parts last night. Seems like if there was a fire, emails wouldn't be high on the list of things to do, unless it broke out after the email was sent.

Didn't Daywot have a mail truck burn up with lots of his parts in it not to long ago. You would think living in paradise people wouldn't want to burn things up all the time...

You got it, every time I have been to the Islands for a vaca I start thinking of ways I could stay. I now have a job that would transfer me there, but a wife that gets island fever just thinking about it (her aunt lives there and my wife has spent many months at a stretch visiting and doesn't think she could live there full time  )

Got this in an email from him last night

"...yes there was a fire that gutted one of my condo units..."

It sounds like he is fine and that it wasn't at his personal residence.
