Ok race went good. got 2nd today in the scooter class.its hard to beat a fast guy on a fast bike that has 125cc + engine. here is a video in another class I raced in. a bunch of different bikes in this class. kawasaki kx85, honda nsr50's, BBR pit bikes with kits 110cc+ and vespa's 125cc+. I took 3rd in this race.

Thanks! I like the challenge.its fun being the underdog.I like the reactions from the motorcycle guys when they see me pull the bike out of my car and see that its a small scooter that they would ride to the store.

Great video! Have you thought about some different lines. Late apex....I think you could have repassed the #2 bike. He was definitely slower in the corners. Good save near the end when you got to the rumble strip or grass.

i have 3 different lines at every track. inside middle and outside. they are all within 2 feet of each other. in the video its hard to tell the real speed and im very late into the epex of almost all the turns. i have to do it that way so that i can be on the gas very early. if i dont then i loose momentum and exit speed. if you haven't raced against a dirtbike like a kx85 or any bike faster down the straights on a roadcourse, its hard to understand how much more speed you have to carry going into through and out of turns just to stay with these guys.

I understand how much acceleration that that kx had on you and how you were able to reel him in on braking only to see you follow him around where he would put it to you on the next straight. You did excellent. I used to roadrace wera and always raced up as many classes as they would allow for more seat time. I used to know what it was like to try and pass a faster bike.
