I'll talk to you off line about this when I get some more information Kerry. I think I may need to call a different supervisor tomorrow just to make sure what they are telling me is the truth. Sad thing is, how their rules are written, even if the guy who signed for it said he received it "damaged," the most they will pay out is .50 cents per pound. So if you have a 10k dollar 2009 show bike that weighs 400 lbs, ship it, they run it over with a semi, they are still only going to pay $200 in damages. There is something very with this system.
