If you have the original key, you can get a copy made at most key shops.
If you do have the original key, it usually have the key code stamped on it.
Be sure to write it down for future reference.
You can also get it cut if you have the key code.

Well, if you have a key already, I got mine cut at the local hardware store. I just got lucky and they had the key. However, I had to slightly modify the keys to get them to work in the seat lock, you may not have this problem with yours. But I had to use a dremel and grind down about 1/16 of an inch on the head to get it to fit into the seat lock all the way. If you're good with a dremel, you can make them look completely stock. On mine, you can't tell unless you look closely. Total cost? $5 for two keys. Honda's probably more expensive.
